The 2370SD radiator is a direct-fit replacement designed for many 1999–2014 GM full-size trucks and SUVs, including Chevrolet Silverado/Avalanche, GMC Sierra, Cadillac Escalade, and Hummer H2.
Built from premium-grade aluminum, these Severe Heavy Duty radiators are constructed to meet OEM form, fit, and function while delivering enhanced cooling performance under the most demanding conditions. Each unit is individually pressure tested and features cadmium-plated tubes inside and out to help prevent premature failure and extend product life.
Unlike many aftermarket alternatives, OSC maintains OE integrity by utilizing stainless steel plate or copper and brass concentric coolers where originally equipped, never substituting with aluminum. A precision die-cut gasket ensures a secure, leak-free seal, while all necessary hardware, fittings, clamps, and bushings are included for a complete installation.
Beyond OE. Built for Better. The 2370SD is engineered to exceed expectations, delivering premium cooling performance without the premium price.
Key Performance Advantages:

  • More Tubes, More Cooling
  • Increased tube count (43 vs. 39 OE) improves coolant flow and heat transfer for better engine temperature control
  • Smarter Fin Design
  • Higher fin density (44 fins per inch vs. 40 OE) maximizes airflow and heat dissipation
  • Bigger Tubes for Greater Strength
  • Larger and thicker tubes (26mm core / 2mm tube vs. 24mm / 1.8mm OE) increase durability and cooling efficiency
  • Stronger Seal Life
  • Steel crimp strips provide a tighter, more consistent seal for leak-free performance, even in extreme conditions
  • Complete Installation Ready
  • Includes all essential hardware (Radiator cap included where applicable)
Steel-Strength Transmission Cooling
OSC Severe Duty Radiators feature transmission coolers with a robust 7 stainless steel plate design, compared to 6 aluminum plates in OE and 5 in typical aftermarket units, enhancing both thermal efficiency and long-term durability. The OSC 2370SD Radiator sets a new standard in cooling technology, stronger, smarter, and ready for the road ahead. More part numbers to come soon.
About OSC Heat Transfer Cooling Products OSC is a trusted leader in automotive heat transfer solutions, delivering high-quality radiators, condensers, and cooling components engineered to meet or exceed OEM standards.

US Motor Works Advances Energy Independence with High-Performance Solar Microgrid

US Motor Works Advances Energy Independence with High-Performance Solar Microgrid

US Motor Works is proud to announce the successful implementation of a state-of-the-art solar and battery storage microgrid system at its facility. Designed to significantly reduce reliance on the traditional power grid, the system represents a major step forward in the company’s commitment to sustainability, operational efficiency, and long-term energy cost control.

The newly deployed system includes a 220 kW solar photovoltaic array paired with 408 kWh of battery storage and robust backup power capabilities of up to 120 kW. These components are demonstrating exceptional performance, with early results showing the system is currently meeting 100% of the facility’s energy needs.

One of the most impactful outcomes so far is the system’s ability to offset peak energy usage. During high-demand periods, the battery system is delivering up to 12 hours of power, helping the facility avoid costly peak utility charges. As the system continues to learn and adapt to the facility’s energy consumption patterns, further optimization is expected—potentially exceeding initial projections.

Looking ahead, performance is anticipated to improve even further as seasonal solar production increases. With summer months approaching, the system is expected to generate even more energy—reinforcing US Motor Works’ leadership in innovative, energy-efficient manufacturing. This investment reflects a forward-thinking approach to sustainability and energy independence.

US Motor Works Webinar: Fuel Pump Delivery Systems
