USMW-HD water pump US308 is a direct replacement for PACCAR OEM numbers 1859821, 192598, and 1942598PE. Pumps that fit PACCAR MX13 engines and can be found in Kenworth and Peterbilt models equipped with 12.9L 6-cylinder 787 CID engines.
