These Radiators are High-quality and OEM designed to meet the exact specifications and standards set by the vehicle manufacturer, ensuring optimal cooling performance, longevity, and reliability. Key features of OEM radiators include precise fitment for seamless installation, ensuring they align perfectly with the vehicle’s cooling system without the need for modifications. They are made from durable materials like aluminum, copper-brass or steel, offering excellent thermal conductivity and resistance to corrosion. Radiator Enchancements
Enhancements are added as needed to solve original design failures:
- More fins per inch
- Thicker tubes and cores
- Larger transmission coolers to overcome heating issues
- Uses extra Stainless Steel crimp strips on the header plates to prevent leakage

Radiator Testing
Radiators are 100% tested up to three times during production
Vibration: testing is used to simulate potholes, curbs and off-road use.
Cycle: testing is flowing preheated fluid thru the unit as the pressure is raised and decreased to imitate driving conditions a minimum of 30,000 cycles
Burst: testing is the gradual increase of pressure till the unit fails pointing out the weakest area of the unit.
