Evan Dalley knows how to keep it cool! This 1963 Chevy Nova keeps it cool during autocross events using the Derale PWM Controller (16795) and a Derale dual shrouded electric fan set up (16837). It has a 427” SBC built by Caldwell Performance running 11.3:1 compression, a Scat rotating assembly with a Dart Iron Eagle block, Caldwell Performance built headers, Magnaflow mufflers, MSD Ignition, Muncie M20 Transmission. To cool the transmission a Derale 25 row Stack Plate cooler (52506) is also installed. this is one Bad Nova!!!!

This 1962 Impala, is named “The Relic”, often can be seen at the track. Dale Snoke owns the car and considers himself its curator. When he got the car he planned to do just enough to the car to get it back on the street, “where it made such an impression so many generations ago,” he says. That’s exactly what Dale has done. He has installed a few Derale parts for its cooling needs. Two 10 row Stack Plate Coolers with Dual Aluminum Mounting brackets for cooling the Engine Oil, mounted right up front under the grill. Also installed is a Bypass Thermostat along with a Sandwich Adapter and a Rigid Race Belt Driven Fan and a fan spacer.

In 2014 we had Farmtruck in our booth at the SEMA show. Farmtruck has installed a Dual Shroud featuring two high output Electric Fans and a Derale PWM Controller for cooling down the engine. Farmtruck and AZN are the dynamic duo from Street Outlaws who race a ’70 Chevy Long Bed Truck. Featuring rusty paint, a camper shell, dents and a “ZZZZZ” license plate, this race-equipped truck is the ultimate sleeper. The Farmtruck is a 1970 C-10 Chevy Pickup Truck and it is deceptively fast! Farmtruck and AZN enjoy list races, but are more interested in “fishing.” Fishing means luring unsuspecting marks into racing for money by complementing their cars and downplaying the Farmtruck’s power. AZN does the smack talking and Farmtruck does the driving. These two are goof balls, who street race for the adrenaline rush and satisfaction they get from catching others by surprise. Suzy Lu is their newest and cutest addition to the team and loyal follows them around in all their adventures.
Glendora CA-based Dale Snoke’s 1964 Mercury Comet “The Rocket” has literally circled the globe. The car was featured at the MOONEYES Japan show, as well as the car show in the UK and back to the USA. The Fast details include a 351 Windsor bored to 425 c.i.d. with Ford 3-speed automatic. The build also features a Derale 25 Row Series 10000 Stack Plate Cooler, a heavy-duty Derale flex fan with a 2” spacer and a custom-built fan shroud. When Will Covey was lucky enough to have this 1987 Chevy Suburban handed down from his grandfather, he couldn’t wait to dial it in. Not only did he have it detailed from top to bottom but also decided to make some upgrades to the cooling system as well. The vehicle has a slightly built 350 engine and does a little towing occasionally so Will decided to add a Derale High Output Dual 12” Electric RAD Fan/Aluminum Shroud Kit Part Number 16837 and a “High Amperage Adjustable Dual Electric Fan Controller” part number 16788 for controlling all that Derale cooling power. Nicely done Will.

When your tech manager (Cam) drives a clean 2011 Mustang GT, you take full advantage and install some parts. Direct-Fit 2011-2014 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 Engine Oil Cooler Kit (Part # 20542). Designed for fast, easy, bolt-on Engine Oil Cooling with the most efficient heat exchanger available. Using the same brackets we installed a Transmission Cooler Kit (Part # 20541) to keep the transmission fluid at the right temperature. Kits include all necessary hardware to install. Also installed on this Mustang is Water Pump (Part # US8963) from US Motor Works’ other brand, USMW Pro Series ( www.usmwproseries.com ). They offer tons OEM quality replacement water pumps, fuel pumps and timing kits for most every vehicle. In addition to our parts, he is running a Boss 302 intake, MBRP long tube headers, and some 47lb injectors with E85 for some real fun on the street. There is also a Trackspec hood louver to get all of the hot air out of the engine bay as well as a QA1 suspension to help it ride as aggressive as it feels.
