With Fan Shroud (Diagram #1): Measure the distance from the water pump flange to the edge of shroud. Add 3/4" to this measurement for the spacer.
Without Fan Shroud (Diagram #2): Measure the distance from the water pump flange to the radiator core. Subtract 3" from this measurement.
Warning: Fan should have a minimum clearance of 3/4" from radiator, belt, hose, or pulley.
